Hey, I'm Hanifah.

I started my career as a business consultant in software house, focusing on strategy, operations, and client success. After a year, I discovered my passion for tech and problem-solving through systems.

In 2018, I transitioned into the world of software quality assurance at Ikonsultan Inovatama company where I contributed to testing a major wealth management project. I did learn testing tools such as TestRail, Postman, Jira, and Katalon, which became essential in my day-to-day work—helping me track test cases, report bugs, and contribute to seamless project delivery.

In 2021, I continued my career as software QA at Dikshatek company where I was responsible for testing web and mobile applications, designing test cases, and ensuring software met both functional and quality standards for clients.

To gain international experience, I've been working at Pigeonlab Singapore-based company. I am contributing to testing their web applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance across different markets. Furthermore, I receive an opportunity to expand my skill in automation testing to minimize manual works.

In addition to my professional role, I actively engage in part-time testing projects, which allows me to explore diverse applications and continuously expand my expertise in software quality assurance.

With a mix of business intuition and QA expertise, I aim to bridge the gap between user expectations and technical quality.
